This resort is a hidden gem with plenty of activities and a charming atmosphere. The family-friendly vibe and the unique features, like the cable car to the activity center, really stood out for me. However, the lack of air conditioning in the rooms was disappointing during the heat, which made my stay a bit uncomfortable at times.

On the downside, we faced a long wait for check-in and had to deal with some cleanliness issues in our room.
